LEAD TRAINER: WILLIE DAVIES
WILLIE DAVIES | Co-Founder and Head Personal Trainer
Willie has worked at multiple gyms since starting his fitness career in 2014; from small, semi private gyms as a personal trainer to corporate gyms as a manager. In his professional career he has gained a wealth of industry knowledge and has trained over 1k clients. His clients have ranged from individuals with no personal training experience to professional athletes at the highest level of their sport.

Willie graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with 8+ years of training experience. Willie is CPR/ AED/ First Aid Certified.
TRAINER: JAMES ROBBINS
James Robbins | Co-Founder and Personal Trainer
James is an ex-professional athlete who grew to love fitness following his baseball career. He was drafted in 2009 by the Detroit Tigers and played for the next 7 years with the organization. Having competed at the highest level, James brings a unique skillset and great insight to our clients - whether they are an athlete or not, his experience is invaluable.
 
"I have found my competitive nature in the gym. What began as something I did to stay in shape for baseball, slowly became an addiction for me. Competing with myself in the gym and finding ways to be the best me is something that brings me joy, but also confidence in myself. By having made this transition from player to avid fitness goer I’ve seen first hand what hard work and dedication in the gym can do. Personally, this is why I’m excited about REIGN Fitness and what we can do for the community."

He is ACE certified and has been training for 6+ years. James is CPR/ AED/ First Aid Certified.

drew bizub | Gym manager/ Personal Trainer
Drew is an ex baseball player from Glacier peak high school (2015). after baseball he developed a passion for health and fitness as well as continuing to gain knowledge of body mechanics and nutrition.  drew also competes in the 66kg weight class for the USA powerlifting federation. 

Drew is currently enrolled at EVCC finishing up with a focus in exercise science and also interned at Reign fitness previously during the summer of 2019 before landing a full time position.

drew has his certification from ISSA and is CPR/AED/ First aid Certified

sean hennessey | Personal Trainer
Sean became interested in health and fitness while playing basketball and soccer in high school. Sean brings a wide range of experience to the Reign team. In the years following, fitness became a hobby while training with a former professional basketball player and friend. In 2017, Sean became a personal trainer as a start to becoming a physical therapist. Later that year he started working at Harborview medical center in the trauma rehab department assisting physical, occupational, and speech therapists with treatment sessions.
 
he is currently in school to further pursue his passion for fitness and is NASM certified with his CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

trey lopez | Personal Trainer
Trey is an Ex Baseball player from Shoreline cc (2016-2018) and at Kansas Wesleyan university (2018-2021), Trey became more interested in exercise science while playing baseball and wanting to understand more about his body as well as the ways to stay healthy and keep playing the sport. Trey has been training with Willie and James since he was at Shoreline CC and he knew this was the right place for him to be apart because of how Reign Fitness makes the gym a fun environment to be around as well as to come in and get some work done. 

Trey has his certification from NCSF (National council on strength & fitness) and is CPR/AED/ First aid Certified
